A message to our clients from Gene Iovino

Prior to sharing the Iovino IPS mission statement with you, I want to explain how it came about. I was once told by a well respected SIU Investigator with over 25 years experience, and a person that I have come to call my mentor and friend, something I will never forget. He said in all his years in the insurance business he was never approached by an investigation company that promised poor work at a high price. Puzzled by this statement I asked him what he meant. He said all companies promise the same things, but usually fail to deliver. Throughout my career, I eventually realized what my mentor meant and I must say I have to agree with him.

During my 18 years as a law enforcement officer, surveillance investigator, Executive Protection Specialist, and SIU Investigator, I have evaluated the difference between companies that provide quality service and those that don’t - including security companies I have worked for. I found the one common denominator separating good from the mediocre is the employees themselves. It is not the fancy marketing, website, or even the uniforms. It is the person out there doing the best job they can each and every time. I know that each Iovino IPS employee is dedicated, scrupulous, and is instilled with a work ethic that is unsurpassed.  

A brief example of this is our Vice President and General Manager. He is a highly decorated law enforcement officer. Not only has he been awarded with the Medal of Honor, but also the highly coveted President’s (of the United States) Award. We set the bar high for all personnel working at Iovino IPS to make sure you are extremely satisfied with our services and secure with our presence. 

So with the above in mind, and a very special thank you to Mr. Michael Crichton, who will be missed dearly, I will now share the Iovino IPS Mission Statement with you.
